The foods you put in your body are a major factor in inflammation and weight gain. You’ll explore how your current diet may be affecting your health and develop a food plan that incorporates whole foods so you’re eating for a healthy weight and a happy gut.

Make a Plan to Get Moving Again

Physical activity is imperative to burn calories and maintain a healthy weight. You’ll learn about ways to incorporate more physical movement into your daily routine in order to target body fat, build muscle, and improve mobility, flexibility, and posture.

Stress Reduction

Reduce the Effect of Stress on Your Body

Stress puts your body in fight-or-flight mode, which has a direct link to weight gain. You’ll build stress management techniques that work for you in order to keep your cortisol under control and avoid stress-induced weight gain.

Get personalized assessments such as a functional fitness test, a body composition analysis, specialty labs, and more. Plus, your recommendations for nutrition, movement, and stress management are tailored to your individual needs.

Receive ongoing, reliable support and encouragement throughout the program from your medical provider, dietitian, health coach, personal trainers, and program coordinator.

Stay accountable with weekly weigh-ins, one-on-one visits with your medical team, and optional fitness classes with fellow program participants.

Program Breakdown

Participants are supported by a team of experts to guide their treatment and monitor their progress throughout the 12-week program.

  • Intake, body composition analysis, and customization of the program with Christaney and Dr. Hohn
  • Fitness intake with Jason or Eric and a personalized exercise plan with Maggie or Brent
  • Health coaching initial consult with Lara or Christina
  • Complete labs, if applicable
  • Weekly weigh-in (once per week) and meal planning visit with Christaney
  • Check-ins with Christaney (up to 3 times per week via email, text, or phone call per the participant’s preference)
  • Choice of 12 Sessions: Health Coaching with Christina or Personal Training with Maggie or Brent (30 minutes each)
  • Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (3 times per week)
  • Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
  • Educational webinars on relevant topics (i.e., Setting SMART Goals; Full Body Detox; Stress and the Inner Dialogue)
  • Program Coordinator check-ins with Christaney for scheduling
  • Program review and transition planning visit with Christaney
  • Body composition analysis
  • Trilogy (cryotherapy, infrared sauna or BioMat, salt room) (recommended 3 times per week)
  • Unlimited fitness classes (specific classes will be recommended for each participant)
  • Nutrition plan for post-program

FAQs

On average, you can expect to lose 1-1.5 pounds per week, or about 10 pounds throughout the course of the program.

We do make accommodations for travel; however, we have found the greatest success when members are able to dedicate themselves consistently throughout the course of the program.

You may include personal training at a discounted rate during the duration of the program.
