Annie Beath

NAVIGATOR AND ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

A St. Louis native, Annie returned to the area after spending her college years at DePauw University in Indiana. She has always had a love for helping others work toward their goals in a supportive role and has several years of experience in various client service positions.

Annie’s interest in functional medicine and lifestyle medicine is rooted in her background as an athlete. Having grown up playing sports, Annie values movement and nutrition as pillars of optimal health. She has also experienced firsthand the effects of sports injuries and related health issues. Functional medicine helped her recover from and manage the aftermath of a concussion and other challenges, and because of this, Annie is passionate about guiding others in similar situations.

In her spare time, Annie continues to enjoy fitness as a hobby, as well as exploring local restaurants and new recipes, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
