Good balance is key to remaining stable and strong with age. It is particularly effective at helping prevent falls and injury and counteracting weakening bones and muscles. Join trainer Elsah Epstein for a workout using weights and other equipment to fortify postural muscles, build core strength, and improve natural balance. As it’s never too early or too late to work on stability, this class is designed for all ages and abilities.
