Given the rising numbers of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the US and now in Missouri, PALM Health is taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our members, employees, and the community at large. We are a close-knit community. We understand your concerns about recent developments in the St. Louis area, and how worrisome a new virus is for both the US and our community. We are all afraid of the unknown to some degree — and that is a deep emotion that the spread of COVID-19 has provoked for many people. There is a lot of information that we do not know about this virus, who has contracted it, and what impact it will have on the health of ourselves or our loved ones.

I want to address your concerns about the case of COVID-19 that was diagnosed in our community. Your health and safety is our priority, and we will continue to be transparent with you. Here is what we are doing at PALM Health to support our community.
