For $100, our One Day Membership includes access to:
- Our boutique fitness center
- The PALM Café for delicious meals, snacks, and smoothies (weekdays only)
- Your choice of three (3) of the following Vitality Sessions:
- Himalayan salt room session
- Cryotherapy session
- Infrared sauna and steam room session
- BioMat session
- PEMF Mat session
- Sound Focus session*
- Fitness, meditation, or neuroplasticity class
*If you have not done Sound Focus before, your first session is complimentary and will not count as one of your three sessions.
