Stabilize and Strengthen Your Core

No matter what form of exercise you like to do, it’s always important to have a stable and engaged core to prevent injury and pain and get the most of your workout. Join our new personal trainer, Mallory Stieren, for a pilates-style pop-up fitness class to help you learn to do just that. Through bodyweight and lightweight exercises, you’ll learn how to engage your core, stabilize your abdomen and low back, and increase core strength. This class can be adapted to all ability levels.
Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are included for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30 or a 10-pack of classes for $200. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
