Exercise Snacking: Short Workouts

Short on time? Looking for an easy way to start exercising more? Enter “exercise snacking,” a method of incorporating short bursts of activity into your day to break up long sedentary periods and improve your fitness without building long workouts into your schedule. Join personal trainer Cindy Vickers to learn how to “exercise snack” properly and effectively, and get recommendations on specific exercises to use in this method.

Sign up on the PALM app or contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1. These classes are free for members who have unlimited Vitality Sessions. Members without these benefits can purchase a single class for $30 or a 10-pack of classes for $200. Guests are welcome to join with a Class Experience Pass for $30.
