Health Coaching provides one-on-one support from a certified coach to help you reach your healthcare and wellness goals.
What are the benefits of health coaching?
At PALM, we have seen remarkable benefits from working with a coach on such goals as taking action on a fitness routine, support around changes to your diet recommended by your physician, or accountability and support to decide where to begin with all of the recommendations you received at your last doctor’s appointment.
Your goals can include the health objectives you created with your medical or wellness provider, as well as your personal goals in the areas of physical and emotional health.

How do I get started with health coaching?
Together with your coach, and with the input of your medical or wellness provider, you will develop an action plan with specific steps towards your health goals. Health coaching provides greater support and accountability to help you make the changes you want to make this year.
