HIIT for Beginners

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is one of the most effective training methods for burning calories, building muscle, and improving cardiovascular health. Using short bursts of intensive activity followed by periods of rest, HIIT is also known for its efficiency. Join trainer Maggie Loida for a crash course in HIIT for individuals of any ability level!
