Yes, I have the PALM Health App.
- To sign up for our virtual classes via Zoom, please login to your PALM Health App on your mobile device and sign up through the Classes section.
- Select the class that you would like, and click on the “Book Class” button at the bottom of the page. The Zoom link for the virtual class, highlighted in blue, is in the class description just above the button to book the class.
- After you sign up, if you are using a desktop computer, visit https://zoom.us/download and click the blue “Download” button underneath the headline “Zoom Client for Meetings.” If you are using a mobile device, go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download the Zoom app.
- On the day and time of your class, try to “arrive” 10 minutes before the start time by clicking on the link to the class. The administrator will connect you to the virtual class if you have signed up and paid. If the link does not work for you, visit https://zoom.us/join and type in the Meeting ID, which is listed in the description of the class on the PALM Health app.
- Make sure your device is charged or plugged into a power source during the class.
- If you have issues joining the class, our administrator will be on the call to help you troubleshoot. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1 then 1.
- NOTE: Each class is $22. If you do not have a class credit, a 10 class package, or unlimited class benefits as part of your membership, you will need to purchase the class before being able to sign up on the PALM Health App. Please contact reception at 314-801-8898 option 1 then 1 to help you get set up for your desired class.

Recommendations for Zoom Classes
Our virtual classes are conducted live through the Zoom video conferencing platform.
Please set yourself up in a comfortable place where the instructor and other class participants will be able to see you clearly on the screen.
We recommend downloading the Zoom app for desktop or mobile in advance of your class, to make sure you can connect before the class starts.
We recommend logging on to your computer or mobile device 10 minutes before the class starts to ensure you can access the Zoom link and to work out any technology issues that may arise.
An administrator will be on the platform to help you troubleshoot any issues or questions you may have.
