Courtney Stuen

NAVIGATOR AND CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Courtney was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She played soccer at the University of Loyola Chicago and graduated with a Bachelors in Health Sciences. Throughout her life, Courtney has had a passion for healthy living and continues to educate herself and those around her by encouraging and promoting well-being. She has worked in a variety of roles at PALM Health and feels a deep connection to its success and the success of its members.

The services she provides include complex scheduling, acting as a liaison for members and the clinic, making sure member expectations are met, helping organize group visits, and ensuring member and guest experiences are streamlined and organized.

Cooking is a passion that directly interacts with her interest in health, and she loves any opportunity to prepare a meal for close friends and family. She also has a deep passion for Lagree Fitness — a workout method that combines resistance training and cardio to increase physical tone and strength — and she uses it as a way to show appreciation to the human body.
