PERSONAL TRAINER
Elsah is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor passionate about helping individuals of all ages reach their strength goals, recover from illness or injury, and improve overall wellness. With a BS in Biology and a deep understanding of movement mechanics, Elsah prioritizes the importance of proper alignment, stabilization, and posture in her training. Her certifications in the Pilates Method (PSC) and the Aesthesic Method shape her holistic approach, which emphasizes functional movement, breathwork, and mind-body awareness. Elsah creates personalized programs that incorporate resistance training, core strength, and dynamic stretching, aiming to make every client feel valued, confident, energized, and empowered in their bodies.
A lifelong learner dedicated to well-being, Elsah continually expands her knowledge of the connection between movement and overall wellness. She has completed Irene Dowd’s Functional Anatomy and Ideokinesis courses, is a certified well-being coach through the Anthropedia Foundation, and is currently working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor. Having navigated her own health challenges, Elsah is especially attuned to the healing process and is committed to helping clients regain their vitality and build strength.
