Katie Corder, MS, RDN, LD, ACSM-ECP
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist. She earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Pepperdine University and then completed her Dietetic Internship from Saint Louis University. Katie earned her M.S. degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University in May 2013. Katie conducted her Master’s research on the “Effects of Short-Term Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) Supplementation on Markers of Inflammation after Eccentric Strength Exercise.” In February 2016 her research was published in the Journal of Sports Science and Medicine (JSSM). At PALM Health, Katie enjoys teaching kinesis classes and loves the combination of cardio and strength interval training. Katie is passionate to motivate others to achieve optimal fitness and health.
