Maggie’s dedication as a Certified Personal Trainer allows her to help her clients build confidence by gaining physical and mental strength through intentional movement. Her training emphasizes the importance of exercise for injury prevention, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being. Maggie has experience training clients of all ages and abilities, individualizing each program to reach specific goals. She holds a BS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and a Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
