Mallory Stieren, DC, CPT

PERSONAL TRAINER

Mallory is a certified personal trainer (NASM) and chiropractor dedicated to helping clients use movement and exercise to feel their best. Having received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in 2021, Mallory has a strong foundation in biomechanics and spine health, which informs her personal training approach. Using her knowledge and experience, Mallory creates personalized training programs for her clients that are tailored to their needs.

One of the pillars of Mallory’s personal training approach is core stability. Her programs and training plans emphasize exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize all of the core muscles in order to support other muscle groups, promote balance, improve posture, and prevent injury. She also values novelty in her approach, keeping her training programs fresh by rotating in new exercises and movements regularly.

In her spare time, Mallory loves to practice yoga, lift weights, hike with her husband, read, try new restaurants with her friends, and spend time with her family.
