A St. Louis native, Shelly spent her twenties and early thirties living on the Northern Ute Indian Reservation in Northeastern Utah. There she learned the powers of self-awareness, mindfulness, stillness, and most importantly the ability to heal by touch and nature. After graduating from The Healing Arts Center for Massage Therapy, Shelly continued her education pursuing aesthetics and graduated from Xenon International Academy. She subsequently worked in day spas for many years. Her expertise in practice management, products, and treatments, coupled with a genuine concern and love for people has made her a trusted name in the industry. She enjoys being involved in the medical and treatment side of the industry at PALM Health. Shelly is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), as well as the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).
